Well as you read this we will be moving house. As I have been busy these past few days/weeks I thought today I would remind you all of the list of the 50 + 1 recipes I have on my left sidebar and to remind you to take advantage of them.
One of the best ways to shop is to buy what is in season, and nine times out of ten it will be cheaper than the imported out of season items. However sometimes you just run into a mental block on how you are going to prepare what you have bought, and how many times can you eat boiled cabbage? So check out the recipes for different ways of preparing various fruits and veggies.
Sorry this is such a short post, service should be back to normal next week!!! WE HOPE!!

Hope the house move goes well Gill. Buying veges and fruit when their is a glut is so economical. I love looking at a pantry full of jams and bottled fruit and veges and opening the freezer to find it full.
