Finally the hot weather broke with a storm.

We were lucky and although we had high winds and rain; we had no tornado's or damage, thank goodness.

The cloud formations are amazing. Trees uprooted and whatnot in Wiarton and surrounding areas, with no damage here at our place.

The rain was really cold and got rid of that 43C humidity...feels quite 'chilly' this morning!

Fantastic photos of the Summer storm! Love the clouds...We are freezing here at the moment. Even had snow on the hills nearby, very unusual for here :)

It was terrible here in Hamilton - we were without power for ages and we had mini tornados. The robin in our tree lost her chick :( so sad!

Yikes! We ended up with a big storm last night too--complete with wind and rain and thunder and lightening. It sounded like God was smiting Las Vegas!
