Who knew there was one?
It is at Alnwick Castle in Northumberland. The Alnwick Gardens are a 12 acre walled garden that features many gardens and other attractions. It is now on my list of must see places next time we visit Britain.
I was reading this article about how it could take 1,000 years to clear Laos of unexploded bombs left from the Vietnam War......pretty poisonous situation if you ask me........
Not the most happiest post for a Sunday......

It's a few years since I went to Alnwick but t's a fantastic day out. The castle was used for Harry Potter filming and the gardens are wonderful. They are evolving and developing all the time. Alnwick town is worth a good potter as well.
Wow! A couple of fun facts! :-). I hadn't heard about either thing so I learned something today.
Blessings,

I'd love to visit that place!
We saw a few poison gardens when we made our visit to the UK. They are very interesting and I would love to visit them again.
God bless.
Saw one of these at Blarney Castle in Ireland last year. Didn't, unfortunately, take the time to have a wander, but it wouldn't be a hardship to go back for a few days and make this part of the visit. x
It's a beautiful place but so are lots of other places in Northumberland. There's a bit of a hoo ha going on at the moment as they's applied to the cash strapped Northumberland County Council for an £8.5 million loan to build a huge new Lilidorei Play Village. Such fun!!!!
